Tresine Logsdon, Energy and Sustainability Curriculum Coordinator, discusses the explosion of enthusiasm for school gardens in FCPS as examples of environmental stewardship and engaging outdoor classrooms for students at all grade levels. Featured schools include: Wiiliam Wells Brown Elementary, Liberty Elementary, Ashland Elementary, Yates Elementary, Morton Middle School.  Special thanks to First Lady Jane Beshear for recognizing our students and teachers at Russell Cave Elementary for their exemplary school garden.
